Your profile:
- Completed commercial and/or medical vocational training (office clerk/healthcare assistant/medical assistant)
- Professional experience in the healthcare industry is desirable
- Customer-, service- and team-oriented working style
- Reliable, attentive and independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of the use of industry software
- Professional interaction with patients, customers and payers
- Good knowledge of German, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Flexibility and sensitivity in communicating with external partners and other departments
