For optimal care, you will receive personalized advice and tailor-made products on-site. Delivery, instruction, and adjustment of the aids are carried out by our specialized staff. We handle or assist with billing to the payer. Our service includes additional, individual support, assistance with problems, as well as adjustment and repairs of the delivered aids by our specialists.

In a call for tenders according to § 127 paragraph 1 SGB V, a contractual partner for the delivery of aids from the health insurance companies is sought. Based on the information about patients treated in recent years, she divides the area to be treated into one or more lots, defined by postcodes. The medical supply stores apply for this tender. The tender winner is exclusively entitled to supply the resource(s) covered by the tender contract.
In this case, this means for you as a customer that you cannot choose your trusted medical supply store but must.

Our extensive refurbishment in 2023 equipped us with state-of-the-art equipment and machinery.
