Your profile:

  • Completed commercial and/or medical professional education (clerk/health care clerk/physician assistant)
  • Professional experience in the healthcare industry is desirable
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented, and team-oriented work style
  • Reliable, attentive and independent work style
  • Very good knowledge of using industry software
  • Professional interaction with patients, clients and payers
  • Good knowledge of German, other foreign languages would be an advantage
  • Flexibility and flair in communicating with external partners and other departments

Your tasks:

  • Technical and administrative support in the medical supply store
  • Support in invoicing cost units and preparing cost estimates for cost units or patients/customers
  • Telephone calls with cost units, patients, and vendors to obtain orders
  • Supervising receipts and preparing prescriptions
  • Counseling and selling auxiliaries and care products
  • Administrative work in day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining documentation of patient/client contacts in industry software (TopM)
